- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INVOLVE- Ensure that EHS risk assessments are conducted and managed to reduce risk profile
- Making sure that compliance obligations are understood and met by the organisation
- Maintain environmental, health, safety and security practices across the organisation
- Develop policies, procedures and best practices to improve SHEQ performance
- Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting operations with the help of EHS officers
- Conduct training and presentations for organisational health and safety matters and accident prevention
- Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support the plant

management and liaise with external contacts to ensure fulfilment of EHS and security needs within FLSA
- QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Degree or Diploma in Health and Safety Management/ Risk Management or related field
- Technical qualification and SAP experience will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years' management experience in EHS function
- ISO9001,14001 and 45001 internal or lead auditor qualification is desirable
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is essential
