Rma Technician

**Fidelity Cash Solutions - CashMaster, Waltloo**

**Reporting to: Production Manager CashMaster**
The above position is vacant at CashMaster in Waltloo, reporting to the **RMA Manager CashMaster**

Repairing parts used by Technicians to service devices in the field, parts need to be repaired timeously, without errors and then retuned to Technicians.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Minimum five years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of accounting processes and procedures
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- Able to work effectively in a complicated environment with mínimal management guidance/supervision
- Good analytical and problem solving ability
- Technical understanding

**Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)**
- Repairing of all repairable parts within RMA
- Receiving and checking stock from bootstock
- Testing repaired parts
- Cleaning repaired parts
- Packaging repaired parts
- Transferring parts to bootstock
- Completing job cards
- Weekly cycle count
- Ensuring compliance to group policies
- Quality control, reporting and analysing
