Our client is a well-known brand and well-established franchise in South Africa and is a market leader in retail. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as a **Personal Assistant**.

**Area**:Strand

**Duties may include**:

- Provide general administrative assistance.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and diary management.
- Answering calls and taking messages.
- Filing duties.
- Assist with the co-ordination and management of ad hoc projects and events.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification beneficial.
- At least 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communicator both verbally and in writing (Afrikaans and English)
- Strong administrative skills.
- Valid drivers' license and own reliable vehicle.
- Neat and presentable

Salary offered: R15 000 - R18 000 per month (Depending on experience)

Starting date: As soon as possible.
