Roles & Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD S/4 HANA, ensuring smooth transition and optimal system performance.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and conduct solution walkthroughs.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, identify customer requirements, and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives, and develop necessary product modifications to meet client needs.
- Design, customize, configure, and test SD modules to ensure alignment with business processes.
- Identify gaps, issues, and propose workarounds or solutions to address them effectively.
- Serve as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and resolving software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports for high-priority issues as needed.
- Document business processes, functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle implementation as well as support projects in SAP SD.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in designing and configuring SD modules.
- Strong understanding of accounting business processes, business partner, and master data.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with others.
- Proficient in SAP SD- Pricing and Billing, Consignment, Returns, and Sales Management.
