**Requirements**:

- Driver’s license and own reliable transport is a pre-requisite_
- 1st, 2nd Line Support
- 3 - 5 experience in Desktop Support and Networking Environments
- MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
- Computer Assembly
- Computer Repair
- Software Installation and Support
- Preferably MCSA/MCSE/A+/N+ (Current)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their IT support problems.
- Visiting clients at their offices to assist with issues and build strong face-to-face relationships.
- Log tickets to keep track of on-site and remote support.
- Conduct ongoing server monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimal environment
