What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with clients and our Senior Advisor on B-BBEE strategy, planning, and audits.
Handle all things B-BBEE, from collecting and analyzing data to preparing impactful scenarios and gap analyses.
Collaborate with clients, verification agencies, and internal teams to deliver top-notch B-BBEE results.
Lead Employment Equity (EE) initiatives, from training committees to co-chairing meetings and submitting reports.
Mentor Advisory Interns and Administrators to grow our team’s expertise.

What We’re Looking For
If you’re someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting/Finance, or Human Resources and 2-3 years of B-BBEE experience, let’s talk We need someone with advanced knowledge of the B-BBEE Codes, a knack for numbers, and a love for client engagement.
