We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified individual to join our team as an IT & Programme Coordinator / Lecturer at our East London campus. If you are passionate about teaching and have expertise in the IT field, we encourage you to apply.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Regulatory one-up level or at least a degree for higher education programmes.
A postgraduate qualification is mandatory for lecturers teaching at a degree level.
Minimum of 1 year lecturing experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**As a Lecturer, your primary responsibilities will include**:
Delivering lectures for various courses, including Software Engineering 1B, Information Systems 1B, 2B & 3B, Documentation Analysis 1B, System Software, and work-integrated learning.
Facilitating a conducive learning environment within the IT field on campus.
Supporting student success through initiatives that enhance retention and throughput rates.

**In addition to lecturing duties, you will also take on Programme Coordination responsibilities, including**:
Ensuring the smooth functioning of the programme, including curriculum materials and delivery facilitation.
Maintaining academic coherence and integrity of the programme while ensuring all conditions are met.
Coordinating the daily delivery of the programme and reviewing its effectiveness to implement improvements.
Gathering and analyzing student and lecturer feedback on the programme and student results.
Monitoring students' study journey and ensuring the proper processing and issuance of reports and certificates.
