Reporting to the Team Leader in the Moulding Shop Department, you will fulfil the necessary requirements with regards to the operational activities / requirement in the Moulding shop Department to meet the Company’s objectives which is the manufacturing of high-quality components.

**KEY JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Read and understand drawings.
- Gut GRP Modules.
- Able to do flow coating, catalyst and mix MEK ratios.
- Maintain quality and always adhere to quality standards.
- Maintain stable production delivery.
- Achievement of health and safety standards.
- Ensure build cycle requirements are met.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum: NQF Level 2 (Grade 10).
- Ideal: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12).
- Experience: Any painting or Catalyst ratio mixing experience would be advantageous.
- Thorough knowledge and experience of all aspects of mixing.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
- Able to work weekends and overtime.
- Have a thorough understanding of the quality condition within the company.
