To meet, greet and seat guests.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and maintaining the overall image of the store and set up.

"C lear all tables between each course served.
Minimal items need to be on tables.
- Assist guests with ordering by answering menu questions or making recommendations upon request.
- Take accurate food and drink orders. Always write the order down and repeat the order back to the guest.

"I nform guests about restaurant specials and promotions.
- Up-sell any additional products when appropriate.
- Find ways to consolidate service and increase table turns.
- Present and pour wine selections with the appropriate stenmware.
- Check in with guests to make sure they are enjoying their meals and correct any problems.
- Ensure accurate payments from guests.

WATER

PRODUCT

"F ully understand the food and drinks menus.
- Be confident to challenge any food quality standards before the food is servedt o the guest.
- Serving food to the guest is the first priority when the bell is sounded in the kitchen (not setting up a table).
- Stay up to date on any menu changes.
" Be aware about specials and promotions.

MoNEY

"H andle all bill payments and keep all proof of payment unlit cash up procedures.
