Draughtsman/estimator

**Qualifications**:

- A Technical tertiary education advantageous
- Diploma in Draughting
- Understanding of Metallurgy

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with relevant software
- Costing experience
- General drawing offices practices
- Pro-active and creative approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have some grasp of engineering and design principles
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail.
- Own transport with valid drivers licence

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Produce detail drawings to manufacturing and Assembly Plants
- Provide manufacturing and Assembly Plants with technical support
- Assist design engineers with drawings from concept to manufacturing.
- Quality assurance detailing
- Assist engineers with Product development.
- Assist engineer(s) with project documentation e.g. Engineering Drawings, etc.
- Ensure deadlines are met timeously.
- Liaise with Workshop and Engineering Team
- Supply drawings for information on request.
- Communicate with various Departments to resolve issues.
