**Summary**
- A Project Management Officer works closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver major organisational projects efficiently. The IT PMO manages the administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support. The IT communication stream is also under the responsibility of the IT PMO.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

As IT PMO you will develop an in-depth understanding of our main projects and will provide support to ensure their successful delivery in four main areas:
**_Project documentation:_**
- Manage project-related paperwork and materials, memos, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Prepare documentation for senior stakeholder and governance meetings, ensuring reporting is succinct, insightful, and identified key risks and issues.

**_Project coordination: _**
- Organize meeting calendars, agenda, workshops, and project schedules.
- Ensuring resources and equipment are always available.

**_Project governance: _**
- Act as a point of contact for various working groups.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to validate the scope, project requirements and dependencies. Provide support to project managers and business leaders when requested.
- Follow formal escalation and review processes.
- Proactively monitor, report, and react to progress, risks, and issues.

**_Project communication: _**
- You will be responsible for the IT communication strategy including newsletters, maintaining our IT SharePoint site, Townhalls, Yammer and any other tools we may decide to use.

- Operational Managers/teams and Business Process Owners
- IT Business Analysts
- Group CIO & IT Programme Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Admin and/or at least 1-3 years proven experience in a project or coordination role with a heavy administration component, including process management, program tracking, governance, budgeting etc.
- Relevant project management qualifications (Prince 2, PMP) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, and experience meeting hard deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written skill on English with ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages would be a plus.
- Excellent organizational, project management and leadership skills, with the capacity to effectively support multiple, complex IT projects.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging trading environments and ability to work collaboratively in an international setting with multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams, strong awareness of cultural differences.
- Able to communicate and present in a clear and concise manner (orally and in writing), influencing others positively.
