**Job Title**:
IT Audit Manager - Internal Audit Specialist (CISA Required)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee IT audit teams during audit of clients’ Information Technology capabilities, security, and operating protocols.
- Lead audits and investigations to ensure IT systems compliance with all SA regulations, as well as internal regulations related to privacy and security.
- Using a variety of advanced data analytics, your responsibilities also include detecting fraud or other inefficiencies in your IT systems.
- Assist design and carry out new tests that improve the department’s auditing ability.
- Supervise audit staffs on their assigned engagements.
- Assist audit staffs in performing complex audits and reviews.
- Hire, train and guide audit staffs on their job duties.
- Develop auditing program to offer comprehensive audit coverage within the organization.
- Conduct performance evaluation of audit staffs and provide feedback.
- Analyse risks associated with IT processes and assessed the effectiveness of the internal control systems.
- Establish standard procedures and policies for IT auditing.
- Determine the audit scope and objective and accordingly prepare audit work plan.
- Perform CAATs testing.
- Resolve auditing and operational issues in a timely fashion.
- Set priorities, identify necessary audit plan changes, supervise audit processes, and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Ensure that audit processes comply with company standards.
- Review audit reports for correctness and completeness before submitting to management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all audit stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Btech/Honours degree in information systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification is mandatory.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT audit, internal audit, or risk management, with a focus on information systems and technology infrastructure.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple engagements concurrently.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead teams, coach and develop staff, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Proficiency in audit tools and technologies, including data analytics, audit management systems, and productivity software.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning, with a passion for staying current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices.

**Location**:
Based in Centurion

Pay: R28 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month

**Experience**:
