**Job Description**:
As a Fulfillment Supervisor at Gadget Boss, you will oversee the daily operations of our fulfillment center, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing and shipment. You will be responsible for leading a team of fulfillment associates and coordinating activities to meet production targets and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising and training fulfillment associates to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Planning and organizing workflow to optimize productivity and minimize errors
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels
- Implementing process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching to team members
- Resolving issues and addressing customer inquiries related to order fulfillment
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment

Qualifications:

- Diploma in business administration, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices

Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
