An exciting opportunity is available to join the pre-opening team of this flagship store representing a high-end international coffee brand that will offer a coffee experience, pastries, lighter meals and retail / merchandise items to patrons or walk-in guests both local and international.

**Requirements**:

- Great attitude with guest experience being key
- Previous experience working as a Manager in a high-end restaurant, coffee bar or similar, coupled with retail experience
- Sound management skills, providing a hands-on approach, being visible on the floor and leading by example
- Experience in stock ordering, control, stock takes and implementation of systems and controls to ensure quality, freshness, and mínimal wastage both front and back of house
- Computer literate in MS Office and POS systems
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Clean work record
- Can do approach, assisting the owners as and where required
