Our client in Brackenfell cares about Health & Safety and wants to reduce injuries and illness in the workplace. In order to give the best service, they are looking for a **Construction Health & Safety Practitioner** to join their team.

**EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent**

**SECTOR : Health & Safety**

**BASIC SALARY : R15 000 - R20 000**

**START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate**

**DUTIES**:
***
- **Execute CHSO scope of services as prescribed by the SACPCMP**
***:

- **Identify hazards and risks on projects**
***:

- **Present findings and make recommendations to clients**
***:

- **Implement recommendations / solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance**
***:

- **Audit contractors**
***:

- **Develop health and safety documentation, i.e. risk assessment, fall protection plans, health and safety plans, policies, etc.**
***:

- **Aid in incident investigations**
***

**REQUIREMENTS**:
***
- **4 years’ experience as a Health & Safety Practitioner**
***:

- **2 years’ experience in Construction Health & Safety**
***:

- **SACPCMP registration (CHSO / CHSM) - non negotiable**
***:

- **BTech Construction Management Health & Safety / National Diploma**
***

**Occupation Health & Safety**

***
- **Nebosh / Samtrac / Safeprac or similar**
***:

- **Fluent English & Afrikaans**
***:

- **Consultant experience (advantageous)**
***:

- **Own transport**
***

**HOURS**:
***
- **07:00 - 16:00 (Mon - Fri)**
***:

- **Half day - x2 Saturdays per month**
***
