Stock Controller

**Minimum Experience and Qualification Required**:

- Matric
- Educational Qualification Required: Diploma in warehousing/stock control/stores management
- 2-3 years working as a Stock Controller in a similar environment
- Strong numerical competence
- Must be able to perform in a highly confidential environment
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating huge volume of data

**Key Performance Objectives**:

- Prepare F&B Reports
- Placing orders for Beverage, Housekeeping and Stationery
- Complete stock management - receiving /stock rotation/variance checks on a daily basis & as per count dates
- Ensure proper storage and issuance of all beverage items
- Maintain par levels as set out by the company policy
- Maintain a database for beverage inventory stock including up-to-date pricing
- Establish and maintain a cost allocation transfer system for beverage supplies to the various departments

Salary between R13kCTC plus benefits (Medical Aid, Provident Fund)
