- ** Financial Management**:

- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
- Handle guest billing and payment processes efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through guest services and activities.
- ** Conservation and Community Engagement**:

- Promote conservation efforts and sustainability practices within the lodge.
- Engage with local communities and support initiatives that benefit both the lodge and surrounding areas.
- Educate guests about the local environment and wildlife conservation.
- ** Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the lodge through various channels.
- Assist in creating packages and special events to attract guests.
- Network with travel agents and tourism organizations to enhance visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality or tourism industry, preferably in a lodge or resort setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for wildlife and conservation, with knowledge of the local ecosystem.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
