Duties and Responsibilities:

- Interpret data, analyze results using relevant statistical and/or visualization techniques and provide ongoing reports through automation
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize decision making
- Qlik - PopSQL - Redash - Customer.io - Segment - Firebase, Google Ads, Analytics and Cloud Services - SEO, Socila media Marketing;

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Deliver updates to stakeholders based on analytics
- Conduct research for industry and business questions
- Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality Maintain a positive attitude

Job Requirements:

- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer or Business Data Analyst
- Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, Python, or ETL frameworks)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or equivalent Database centric

Requirement:
Min 1-2 years of Call center Manager/contact Centre operations management experience.
- Experienced in the Sales of insurance or Financial Services related products
- Previous Management/Leadership role essential EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- customer service experience
- Data analytics experience
- Minimum 1 year's worth of campaign management experience
- Knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and etiquette
- Decision-making and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive & Possess an ability to adapt and solve problems
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding deliverables table to support day and/or night shifts on site strong grasp of contact Centre.
- Effective people management skills
- Salary negotiable aligned to industry norms and experience.
