1. Implementation of the Food Safety and Quality Management System

2. Process Control to ensure compliance with product specifications

3. Customer complaints

4. HACCP system

5. Equipment calibration and verification

6. Non-conformance and corrective action

7. Waste management

8. Retention sample monitoring

9. Training

10. Employee Supervision

**Requirements**:
Ø A proven working experience of at least 3 years as a quality controller in the FMCG sector

Ø Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Ø Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Ø A degree in Food Science and Technology /equivalent
