Assistant Electrician

**MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN CAPE TOWN

We are looking to hire a young, energetic, and enthusiastic electrician in the making Must have 2 years’ experience in the electrical and compliance certificate field (with knowledge of the SANS 10142-1), an N2 qualification, and a valid driver’s licence.

**Electrical, Plumbing and Gas Company in Table View looking for a reliable electrician apprentice /assistant to join our team.

Must live in or around Table View/Parklands/Melkbos, and be well spoken to communicate and liaise with clients as well as and management/ our office.

Must have a strong knowledge of the SANS 10142-1 regulations, CoCT bylaws and EIR, must have experience in working in Compliance Certificate inspections and repairs.

Someone with strong installation, testing, maintenance skills. Assisting with repairs of electrical faults. Installation of electrical boxes, DB boards, other enclosures, conduits (pipes, tubing, trunking), wiring of circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical equipment. Must follow all relevant electrical policies and procedures. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills,

Must be willing to learning from the head electrician, collaborate with the plumbers and gas installers, and be focused on completing all assigned duties. Be willing to work overtime when required.
