**Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities of the role are (not limited to)
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the workshop, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, assisting with complex repairs as needed.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Ensure quality control standards are met, reviewing completed work to verify accuracy and thoroughness.
- Manage inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies to support workflow.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain open communication with team members, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Required Skills for role**:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar leadership role in an automotive workshop environment.
- Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics and repair, with strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge.
- Experience and proficiency with Keyloop Drive is essential.
- Relevant trade qualification is essential (e.g., Automotive Technician Certification).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
