**Requirements**:

- Matric minimum
- Processing of large volume of payroll/salaries/wages
- Strong Excel experience
- Detail driven
- Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written
- Enjoy working with people
- Ability to multi-task

**Duties**:

- Processing monthly large volume of payrolls
- Managing all admin relevant to monthly payroll
- Loading and updating all employee information on the payroll system
- Manage all employee's deductions
- Liaising with all Funds and Third Parties as required - Pension Fund / Medical Aid etc.
- Administering UIF, Pension Fund and Medical Aid documentation
- Processing employee terminations
- Reconciling monthly salaries payrolls
- Tax Year end recons
- Assist with salary queries
- Updating staff files
- Pension Fund statements and IRP5
- Ensuring all monthly deadlines are met
- Managing the full payroll system in terms of updates and required changes
- Any other adhoc payroll related duties when required

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
