Eazi Real Estate is a new way to sell property. We do everything a traditional real estate agent does and more for a low fixed commission fee. **OPPORTUNITY AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The purpose of the role is to assist with the acquisition and selling of residential property in the Goodwood and surrounding areas. At Eazi Real Estate we have separated the different duties an Estate Agent performs. This position is focused on the on-road Estate Agent duties.

As the on road agent your support team consists of an office based Sales Assistant, Admin Assistance, Registrations Assistant, Lead Generation Team and more.

At Eazi we believe supporting an agent is key to their success. Your duties are therefore streamlined to focus more on selling and less admin.

On Road Agents Duties - On site valuations, complete property inspection report, qualify buyer leads, conduct buyer viewings, key handovers, general sales assistance, canvass new listings, buyer/seller negotiations.

Support Team Duties - Lead Generation, Book on site valuations, draft and send valuation reports/mandates/OTP's. Arrange professional photography, create online listing/marketing, bond approvals, instruct attorneys, follow up on transfer process till registration.

The position allows for consistently selling 3 to 6 properties a month with all the sales support and lead generation/marketing.

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 12 months experience in residential property sales
- A valid driver’s license with own transport

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
