**Overview - SharePoint & O365 Administrator**
Support, Implementation & securing of the 365 SharePoint & file sharing space & assist the business in maximizing the cloud environment.
**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED.**
- Grade 12 and Degree/Diploma in IT or any related qualification.
- Individuals must have a working knowledge of SharePoint online, Power Apps, and Power automates.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate.
- MCSE: SharePoint (or equivalent).
- Experience of SharePoint M365 Administration.
- Experience in SharePoint Online & O365.
- Experience in securities & sharing.
- Experience with integration design patterns.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:
**Technical**
**Setup & Management**
- Designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint Sites
- Assist with building and support SharePoint workflows.
- Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
- Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
- Troubleshooting issues, testing & implementation per business requirements
- Handle the SharePoint issue according to business requirement.
- Proactively monitor SharePoint storage capacity, site collection metrics, and support business requests
- Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
**Backup & Restore**
- Restore site data as required.
- Restore OneDrive data as required.
- Restore Teams data as required.

Contract length: 6 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pinewood: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: 1 year (preferred)
- SharePoint: 1 year (preferred)
- MCSE: 1 year (preferred)
