**Nickay Productions, is seeking a Desktop Publisher** to join our team, the individual needs to be proficient and professional in creating visually compelling content across various digital platforms. Will responsible for designing and producing a variety of visual materials, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality representation of the studio's brand. This role will involve creating marketing collateral, managing and processing eccomerce orders, print materials, and digital assets that enhance the studio's visual identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Layout**:

- Create visually appealing layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, posters, business cards, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across all studio publications.
- **Print Production**:

- Prepare files for print production, considering colour accuracy, resolution, and print specifications.
- Collaborate with print vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective production of marketing materials.
- **Digital Publishing**:

- Optimize digital materials for various platforms to maximize visual impact.
- Manage and process e-commerce orders
- **Typography and Image Editing**:

- Select appropriate fonts and typography to complement design elements.
- Perform basic image editing to enhance visual appeal and alignment with design concepts.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure that all design materials adhere to the studio's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align desktop publishing efforts with overall brand strategy.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and Images requirements for custom projects.
- Incorporate client feedback into designs to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Stay Informed**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, design software, photography and printing technologies.
- Integrate new design techniques and technologies to enhance the studio's visual presence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in desktop publishing, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
- Effective communication skills to understand and execute client requirements.
- Familiarity with the photography industry and an understanding of visual storytelling.

**Salary**: R11,000.00 - R13,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
