They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter with expertise in hydraulic pumps and gearboxes to join their dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mechanical Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of hydraulic pumps and gearboxes.
- Perform inspections to identify and rectify mechanical issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
- **Installation and Assembly**:

- Install and assemble hydraulic pumps and gearboxes according to specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of components.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct tests on hydraulic systems to ensure proper functioning and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the reliability of hydraulic pumps and gearboxes.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and testing results.
- Generate reports on equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Fitter, with a focus on hydraulic pumps and gearboxes.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, and gearboxes.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- Trade qualification as a Fitter or relevant certification.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: R90,00 - R150,00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
