**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, Degree/ 3-year diploma qualification in Human Resources or related area
- 3 years plus work experience in a generalist Human Resources role
- Experience working in a non-profit organisation and basic knowledge of Immigration regulations advantageous
- Solid recruitment and selection experience within an equal opportunities framework
- Self-motivated with high energy levels & ability to deal with confidential and information
- Experience maintaining an HR Management Information System & basic knowledge of Employee Assistance Programmes
- Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills and ability to take initiative
- Prioritise, committed, motivated and able to achieve tasks in required time frame
- Comfortable with diversity, dedication to social justice and promoting health and social change
- Operate in an environment of cultural diversity, build and sustain a culture that enables critical reflection, transparency, dignity, mutual recognition and support

**DUTIES**
- HR Strategies and Administration, contribute to the implementation of annual HR workplans
- Actively participate in the diversity, equity & inclusion activities
- Manage payroll processing staff benefits, addition of new hires, terminations
- Participate in on boarding and exit interviews processes
- Manage staff exit processes, compile confidential report and share with the Senior HR
- Recruitment and Selection, coordinate and manage all aspects of the recruitment
- Participate in interviews as required
- Performance management, provide advice and support on performance related issues
- Contribute to a team culture that values collaboration internally, cross functionally and in partnership with other functions
- Administer rewards programmes
- Arrange staff wellness days/ participate in staff engagement initiatives
- Participate in internal disciplinary processes and procedures including CCMA preparations
- Arrange disciplinary processes, capture all disciplinary records on Payspace
- Source training service providers as per the needs of the organisation
- Prepare and submit information to SETA as necessary
- Optimise relevant HR processes and systems (Payspace)
- Manage any other allocated by the Senior HR Manager
- Value Practice, commitment to develop, promote and practice companies vision, mission, values and strategy

**Salary**: R negotiable, dependent on experience
