Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managed contracts - Assist in the managing of specified client contracts
- Service desk administration
- Compile wage variation monthly to control labour spend
- Landscaping checks
- Assisting the GSM that KPI’s are met
- Assisting the GSM to make sure budget spend are aligned
- Induction of service providers on site
- Assist with quotations from suppliers in line with KPI standards
- Permit issuing & Hosting to service providers
- Assisting the GSM with vendor relationships for all facilities purchases
- Assisting the GSM with Contracts to ensure Building & Maintenance conform with local current legislation
- Raising PO’s for facilities purchases
- Ensure uploading of Health safety documents
- Ensure site Health & Safety and Policies & Procedures conforms to legislation
- Must have matric (Grade 12).
- Minimum of 3 years working experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to work on own initiative where required and make decisions accordingly
- Excellent people skills
- Task orientated ‘able to get things done
