**Essential Job Functions**
- Project: Following-up on outstanding client needs and provide timely status reports to project manager.
- Client: to educate and negotiate the right technical solutions for your clients;
- Client: Coach and oversee the activities of ServiceNow support resources on an as-needed basis.
- Client: Participate alongside team members in client workshops to build requirements
- Experience: to deliver a positive and value-add experience for your clients in every interaction.
- Sales: to generate additional opportunities within your projects;
- Delivery: Communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Networking: to expand DXC’s network outside of your accounts.
- Financial: to assist in the scoping of new opportunities and to design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently;
- Quality: to ensure each artefact produced, each configured technical component, and all personal interactions are of the highest quality;
- Delivery: to fill technical roles in your projects, should the need arise;
- Training: Work alongside trainers to produce training materials
- Methodology: to contribute tactical and impactful tools, techniques, and methods to continuously improve Fruition’s technical delivery;
- Public space: to represent Fruition in peer organizations, media, publication, speaking, and other channels.
- Technical: Designs, develops and distributes technical reusable components.
- Technical: Participates in the selection, acquisition, configuration and troubleshooting of packaged solutions and technical infrastructure components.
- Business: Assists with gap analyses highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition.
- Relationship Management: Establishes credibility at all levels with clients and builds problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues.
- Leverage: Understands sales process, information and support requirements, and assists sales staff in identifying leads.
- Communication: Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium sized groups, internal and external project teams, and business unit events; develops written communications to address varied styles and information needs

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field preferred
- Zero or more years of experience in software development, technical support, or consulting
- Experience working with technology architecture, mainframes, scheduling software, and other related technologies
- Experience working with programming design, programming concepts, coding languages, development tools, processes, approaches and/or techniques

- Basic communication skills to communicate with customers, team members and management
- Basic organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with relational databases
- Willingness to travel
