Hydraulic Fitter

**Job description**:
The primary responsibilities will be:

- Assembling of hydraulics and electrical components.
- Identifying and solving material and equipment related problems to prevent downtime.
- Assembling of new and complex components.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees on hydraulics.
- Provide support and assistance to all assembly departments.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Fitter (Red Seal)
- At least 3 to 5 years experience with hydraulics.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
- Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or with hoists.
- Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
- Conduct quality control checks.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees on hydraulics.
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools.
- Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Verify specifications by measuring completed component.
- Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
