**Key Requirements**:

- Applicable Certifications
- Knowledge of Datastage ETL
- Leadership Skills
- Technically strong
- Telecommunication Experience (beneficial)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Scrum Master must advise Service Delivery Manager as soon as they are requested to get involved with an Initiative (Tracking spreadsheet)
- Review Initiative and define the structure of the initiative and the arrangements for its Governance
- Identify the Team involved with the initiative and Compile Stakeholder list (RACI).
- Set up a Stakeholder Engagement Plan
- Engage with required resources and stakeholders that are being impacted by Initiative and define, confirm, and gain agreement to the delivery required
- Develop Work stream actions required and manage dependencies between work streams including setting up required meetings for delivery
- Create visibility of a delivery plan in required toolset (i.e. V-Prompt, Jira, Trello etc.)
- Provide recommendations to the Project Sponsor (and Programme Manager where relevant) as to readiness for Project launches, and work with the Business Owner to develop and implement transition plans for the adoption of project deliverables by the business
- Setup Go To Market plan with Product Manager
- Arrange test data for testing together with all stakeholders on initiative
- Manage effort and requirements needed for Quality Assurance and Integration testing to be completed successfully together with Customer service and billing and Engineering.
- Ensure Tariff testing is completed successfully together with Customer Service and Billing and Engineering
- Ensure User Acceptance testing is completed successfully by Business on test environment together with Customer Service Billing and Engineering
- Manage requirements for defect tracking during End to End testing
- Manage requirements for defect tracking during Product experience testing
- Helping team and product owner to define: definition of done and definition of ready.
- Facilitating meetings for the team. This includes:

- Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- PI Planning input
- Backlog Grooming
- Holding retrospectives.
