**Job Title: Visual Merchandising, Exhibition**

**Location**: North Riding, Gauteng

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Description**:

- Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize store layout and product presentation.
- Plan and execute exhibitions and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Conduct sales training sessions to improve product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular feedback and support to store teams to maintain brand standards and achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate effective communication and implementation of initiatives.
- Travel to various locations as needed to support stores and attend training sessions or exhibitions.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans. Multilingual will be to your advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail merchandising, event planning, and sales training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
- GR12 certificate or equivalent.
