The Bookkeeper supports the Financial Controller by processing all routine and foundational accounting transactions of the Department Team.

The role ensures accuracy of capture and flags unusual, or incorrect accounting entries to ensure that they are corrected before entry thereby ensuring mínimal correcting adjustments at month-end.

This Bookkeeper is responsible for the accurate filing and retrieval of all supporting documentation such as invoices, debit and credit notes, banking and departmental pre-lists, Bank Statements and other backup documents.

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (required)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Opera Booking System: 2 years (required)
- Xero Accounting System: 2 years (required)
