Job Description

To be responsible for repairs and maintenance on the premises
- Propose improvements on internal processes that impacts service levels and customer satisfaction within area of accountability
- Identify, control and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs by identifying and managing delays or shortcomings in the maintenance process
- Ensure that client queries and technical queries are dealt with proactively and accurately, within the agreed turn-around times and that responses are of a high quality
- Inspect, maintain and repair equipment on premises
- Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
- Support quality and compliance standards in business processes by following all OHS related procedure e.g. safety shoes
