Procurement Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services for renewable energy projects
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and align procurement processes with project timelines and budgets
- Monitor and track procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules, to ensure compliance with project requirements and organizational policies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and suppliers in the renewable energy industry
- Develop and maintain a database of pre-qualified suppliers and contractors
- Manage supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procurement policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes and achieving cost savings
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and performance
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the renewable energy industry
