BI Merit Desktop Assessor

Up for a new challenge, feel you can make a difference? The Claims Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like to join the Claims Investigations Team in 2023 as a BI Merit Investigator What will make you successful in this role?
Minimum 3 years short-term insurance experience
Minimum 3 years Claims experience
Solid understanding of TIA and MIA claims system and claims procedures: inclusive of claims, investigations and legal department processes
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
Managing validations of commercial claims
Reaching company goals and targets set for the Investigations department
Knowledge of motorcycles will be beneficial Competencies Required
Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
Very strong administration skills
Comprehensive knowledge of legal liability and state regulations
Thorough knowledge of claims investigation techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
