National Catering Company is looking for a passionate individual who enjoys the challenges of the industry.

Scope:

- Compliance and adherence to the Workplace Skills Plan
- All admin related duties related to training i.e. Feedback in terms of conducted training sessions to Management, printing & preparing of upcoming training interventions
- Conduction of Learnerships & assessments and Moderation of portfolio’s
- Support to the Practical Kitchen with chef classes and training
- Update of all relevant training documents and material
- Stock takes of material library and Practical Kitchen
- Coordinating of venues when conducting training interventions and other related events

**Requirements**:

- Computer Literate (Excel & Word)
- Driver’s license and own vehicle (Compulsory)
- Qualification in Professional Cookery (SAQA ID 14111) and Food & Beverage Services
- (SAQA ID 14113) (Compulsory)
- Uphold Assessor Qualification within in Professional Cookery (SAQA ID 14111) and
- Food & Beverage Services (SAQA ID 14113)
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years’ training experience
- Available to travel once a month for a week to conduct Learnership in other regions
- or visiting regional units.

**Salary**: R20 000,00 per month
