**Conseiller(ère) au service à la clientèle**

**Notre offre**
- Horaire de jour en semaine de 7h30 à 16h
- Poste temps plein-permanent 39 heures/semaine

**Votre rôle**
- Offrir un service personnalisé
- Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des consommateurs internet
- Répondre aux demandes d’information en français et les acheminer par courriel aux clients
- Répondre aux demandes d’information et\ou retour en Français par écrit et par téléphone.
- Développer une connaissance technique des produits et de leurs composantes
- Acheminer les courriels de la boite info au bon département
- Procéder aux demandent de retours dans notre système informatique

**Qualifications et compétences recherchées**
- Habiletés en informatique, connaissance de la suite Office
- Maîtrise du français, niveau avancé oral et écrit
- Expérience du service à la clientèle
- Capacité à négocier et à créer des contacts humains
- Capacité d’analyse

La personne recherchée sera en mesure d’accompagner la clientèle francophone par l’entremise de courriels et sur le chat de nos différents site web quant à la sélection de produits et le service après-vente. Elle analysera les besoins de la clientèle en apportant des solutions adaptées. Ce poste est pour vous si vous aimez le contact interpersonnel, vous fonctionnez en mode solution et si vous êtes à l’aise au téléphone et avec les outils informatiques.
