Provide complex advice and support in facilitating long term strategy development. Contribute to the delivery of analysis, insights and recommendations within the distribution portfolio that influence business decisions and strategy through best practice model development and data analysis.

**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define and refine the company's overall strategic direction, objectives, and goals
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks
- Provide insightful recommendations and actionable insights on business strategies, process improvements, and organisational effectiveness.
- Assist in the development comprehensive strategic plans, including initiatives, timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions to optimise operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate strategy and drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Lead and contribute to developing executive-level presentations, reports, and communications to effectively communicate complex strategies and findings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights, solicit feedback, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform and refine strategic recommendations
- Implement performance monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, including quarterly business reviews, scorecards, and monthly reporting, to track the progress and impact of strategic initiatives
- Manage monthly BU EXCO meetings, presenting strategic updates, insights, and progress reports to business unit executives.
- External or group reporting requirements
- Take ownership of managing strategic projects or research topics, overseeing their planning, execution, and successful delivery.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering, etc.); Master's degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in management consulting or a similar strategic role, preferably in Financial Services or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives that have driven business growth and operational improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex issues and providing actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using analytical tools and software to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Adaptability to evolving priorities, market conditions, and business dynamics.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a history of building positive working relationships.
- Play a role in planning quarterly townhalls and extended leadership offsites to communicate strategy and progress to the wider organisation.
- Lead the integrated reporting for the cluster, ensuring cohesive and accurate reporting of strategic initiatives and performance metrics.
- Support All EB BU strategic framing, reporting and prioritisation sessions including facilitating BU off-sites and workshops
