We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mapping and Data Administrator. **POSITION PURPOSE**
- Responsible for promoting Company products as a professional Broker to all assigned existing and prospective Clients.
- Develops and maintains productive working relationships with clients that allow broking and Auction goals to be achieved.
- Conducts calls to clients to seek the successful conclusion of Auction and Private Treaty mandates.
- Ensures that clients are well satisfied with services.
- Makes recommendations to management regarding market development and pricing.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES**:
**Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of area broking and marketing functions.**
- Makes presentations to prospective clients as requested.
- Conducts regular client calls to develop Clients relationships and follow up on leads.
- Tracks broking deals through to closure.
- Meets established targets and revenue goals.
- Ensures services are delivered on time.
- Forecasts deals on a monthly basis, and communicates related information regularly to management.

**Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining good business relations with Clients and external brokerage companies.**
- Ensures that clients are satisfied with Company services.
- Obtains clients feedback and continually works to improve services.
- Resolves clients requests, complaints, and problems.
- Promotes goodwill and conveys a positive image of the Company.
- Promotes services at trade shows. Eg SAPOA
- You will be selling and trading in new and existing commercial and industrial premises and properties.
- Devote your full time and attention to the business of the company, which shall consist of 5 (five) working days per week and will not be permitted to engage in any other employment which impinges on the company’s time and/or adversely affects the reputation of the company.
- Perform such duties in the service of the company as may be allotted to you from time to time including contributing as required to the company’s CRM and or other relevant information system, which information shall, irrespective of its origin remain the property of the company.
- Not make any representations or give warranties in respect of the business of the company other than in the course of your specific duties and in accordance with the company policy, and
- Not, without the prior express written consent of all the Directors, enters into an agreement, in terms of which the company is bound or incurs liabilities whatsoever other than in the ordinary course of company business as specifically authorised by the members, and
- Upon termination of this contract for any reason whatsoever, to return to the company immediately, all documents or records or any other matter in your possession concerning company affairs.
- The Members reserve the right to implement, amend and increase revenue targets set by the company from time to time. Such targets will be based on the company’s discretion.

**PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS**
- Existing accounts are maintained or expanded and new ones developed.
- Broking revenue and profit goals are met or exceeded
- Accounts are managed in accordance with established Company policies and procedures.
- Good working relationships exist with Clients
- Management is appropriately informed of significant problems, area activities, and competitive conditions.

**EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATION**:
Matric.

Valid driver’s license and car

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE**:
Good knowledge of Company services.

Understanding of product positioning and competitive conditions.

Knowledge of Broking and marketing techniques and principles.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
Previous Broking experience helpful but not essential, however, passion for Real

Estate essential.

**SKILLS/ABILITIES**:
Goal orientated and driven

Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.

Excellent Broking abilities.

Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.

Strong ability to use initiative.

Well organized and presentable.

Analytic and problem solving abilities.

Mathematical competence

IT proficiency across multiple platforms.

Own transport essential

**Note this is a commission-based role.
