Must have Grade 12 (qualification in Hospitality Management or Food Services is preferred).

Minimum 2 years F&B experience at a senior level in a hotel or lodge. (not just waitering experience)

Must be computer literate

Must have valid driver’s license and preferably own transport.

Point of Sale systems - we use Plus Point.

First language English or Afrikaans but must be proficient in both.

Package - Live in / 1 meal per shift / R7,000 neg., / 3-month probation thereafter compulsory Pension fund.
