**Position: Transport Broker**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and qualify carriers to build a network of reliable transportation partners.
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts with carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions for shippers.
- Coordinate shipments and track the movement of goods to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage relationships with shippers and carriers to provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the transportation process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually optimize operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Transport Broker or similar role in the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations, pricing structures, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using transportation management software and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

**How to Apply**:

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 60 per week
