Financial Clerk

Urgently seeking an experienced Financial Clerk (Creditors) for Bapsfontein.

Must have:

- 5+ years experience
- Sound knowledge of Pastel Evolution
- Excel - intermediate /advanced level (importing etc.)
- Good people skills - communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy - outlook, word, excel, powerpoint etc.
- Processing daily cashbooks
- Generate cash purchase orders, GRV's and cash Invoices (Reconcile Cash Creditor)
- Scan all member related proof of payments
- Monthly client Invoicing/credit notes/ statements
- Reconciliation of debtors and follow up on outstanding amounts
- Update monthly schedules/summaries
- Query handling
- Maintain all filing relating to cashbooks, invoicing & credit notes
- Process company Credit Card Journals

Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
