**The opportunity**:
We have an exciting position in hi for a Merchandise Assistant. The successful incumbent will work closely with a team of planners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Price changes
- Yoobic communication to stores
- JDA management i.e. adding & removing of stores and attributes
- Replacement orders
- ITSM
- Unmatched invoices
- Loading of styles
- Weekly Supplier Reports
- Ad hoc reporting requested
- Managing the department mail box
- Store & order queries
- Good and poor performing styles analysed
- Performance monitored on promotional styles
- Data checked for inconsistencies
- Verbal and written reporting, coherent, relevant and accurate
- Effective interpretation and understanding of the interrelationship between data variables
- Optimal use of systems ensured
- Any concerns addressed with the relevant people
- Feedback given on an on-going and structured basis to customers and external suppliers

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 year experience in the same or similar role
- Knowledge of internal systems would be advantageous
- Good Excel & Microsoft Office skills
- Must be able to be proactive and attention to detail is important
- Matric is essential
