Our client in the Engineering industry is looking for an experienced Contracts Specialist to join their team in Secunda

**Minimum requirements**:

- Commercial Law degree
- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Specialist
- Legal, construction contracts with commercial experience is non negotiable
- Knowledge of New Engineering Contracts (NEC3) and the execution of EPC Projects is essential
- Experience with Joint Ventures, Consortiums, full insurance profile and contract negotiations with suppliers is highly advantageous
- Own reliable transport and valid drivers license
