**Must Have**:
- Matric
- Own vehicle
- Be immediately available
- Responsible and reliable
- At least 3- 5 years working experience in a corporate environment
- Microsoft programmes experience
- Outlook experience
- Ability to communicate in both Afrikaans and English
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner and
- Ability to work independently.
**Duties**:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls, making appointments
- Receiving customers and visitors at reception
- Updating Covid Database
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk
- Filing
- Arranging courier services
- Arranging interviews and all other meetings
- Typing out documents / spreadsheets
- Keeping track of stationery and replenishing stock
- Archiving old documents and keeping Archive Store in order
- Ad hoc tasks
- Check for tenders daily in websites provided and local newspapers
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent computer skills with Google Workspace Knowledge
- Friendly, well-organised and meticulous
- Assist with general office administration
- Ability to follow instructions and execute accordingly.
