Senior Carpenter

**Job Title: Senior Carpenter**

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret measurements and specifications.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials.
- Install products occasionally (owl and bat boxes).
- Construct building frameworks.
- Select and evaluate materials for defects.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised, tidy work area.
- Engage in occasional computer work for project documentation and communication purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret measurements.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer understanding.
- First aid knowledge is beneficial.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license
- Valid ID/Passport.
- Certification or apprenticeship in carpentry is a plus.
