**Purpose**
**Minimum requirements**:
- Grade 12
- Degree, preferably Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or HR.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in previous scouting, sourcing and/ or direct search experience.
- Excellent track record of success in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in leading employer branding actions.
- Experience in similar contact / BPO industry preferable and experience in collections industry advantageous.
- Experience in mapping out talent supply based on geography and required experience.
- Experience with partnering with stakeholders in the business.
- Prior use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions and strategy.
- Flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations.
- Experience and / or willingness in using technology and multi channels in recruitment process
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. **Talent Scouting and Sourcing**:
- Able to travel for scouting.
2. **Talent Sourcing Strategy**:
- Research on how to target certain demographics and talent segments (regional specific).
- Generate on demand reports related to scouting activity.
- Responsible for strengthening succession planning bench by delivering external “ready now” talent to proactively address gaps in succession plan.
- Reduce reliance on external search firms.
- Constantly monitor new trends in the Call Centre sector.
3. **Stakeholder Management**:
- Collaborate with Executive Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Development Team to design a best in class sourcing and recruitment strategy for Call Centre Agents.
- Use consistent communication strategies to proactively inform Hiring Executives and HR Business Partners of search progress, any challenges, and/or the need for search calibration.
- Collaborate closely with Compensation Consultants and HR Business Partners in order to provide comprehensive compensation recommendations or other EVP propositions to Hiring Executives
- Build relationships and interface effectively with the HR team through regular status updates and by seeking appropriate guidance throughout the scouting process.
- Partner with HR leadership team and Operations Executive to develop a comprehensive workforce plan for Call Centre Agent positions.
- Collaborate with Executive Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Development Team to design a best in class sourcing and recruitment strategy
Expert relationship builder who will partner with and effectively influence stakeholders throughout the end-to-end talent acquisition process.

**Salary**: R550,000.00 per year
