**About this opportunity**:
The Service Owner is accountable for the end-to-end Service ownership and contractual delivery, including all Service functions that relate to the specific customer Managed Service (MS) solution. The Service Owner will be focused on the financial and delivery performance (including the performance in environment, occupational health, and safety areas) of the assignments within a Managed Service contract.

**What you will do**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- The role will have responsibility as the key interface to the customer while also leading the interface with the Ericsson Service Delivery Unit (SDU) to secure performance and lifecycle of the Service, working closely with the MSCOO, Service Architecture, Reliability and Improvement leads.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the customer, contract, Service and the Delivery that supports it.
- The planning and design of a new Service, or change / update to an existing Service including any data analytics that supports it, having a competence in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation of Data Analytics.
- The management of the Service throughout its lifecycle including demand management, ASP integration, environment, occupational health and safety (EHS) risk management, data privacy, automation, architecture, reliability and continuous service improvement.
- Ensure the management of performance and risk in environment, occupational health & safety (EHS).
- Own the Service Operations Governance both internally and with the customer for the Service Performance in the contract, to also include Program & Demand Management

**Drive efficiency & customer experience.**
- Continuously drive for efficiency improvements, automation, customer experience and excellence in Service Delivery
- Approve and support improvement plans that requires multi delivery unit initiatives.
- Align delivery to meet customer business objectives.
- Collaborate & negotiate with customer on additional investments required to improve performance or maintain the expected delivery.

**Analyze and ensure customer management.**
- Support Core 3 team on presales activities for the specific customer, providing information on specific customer and behavior.
- Securing that the solution reflects end-to-end contractual requirements and Ericsson strategy.

**Contract Development.**
- Support the MSCLT, MSCOO and Account in contractual renegotiation or pre-sales for the specific customer.

**Analytics, Automation Design & Modelling**
- Understand the Automation process and ways of working and it's use within the Ericsson Operations Engine.
- Participate in Automation collaborations within the Lifecycle Management of the Ericsson Operations Engine with new requirements to include in roadmap
