**Job Purpose**:

Assisting with the preparation of monthly, routine, special reports or consumer statistics.
Drawing sketches for informal areas where there are no formal addresses, ensuring sketches
for alterations to services are legible.
Issuing meter-room and sub-station locks and keys and orders/replaces swipe cards.
**Essential Requirements**:
Matric/Grade 12.
Ability to communicate in at least 2 of the following languages; English, Afrikaans, isiZulu.
12 Months previous clerical experience.
Computer Literacy.
**Preferred Requirements**:
18 Months experience in customer liaison, cashiering and use of a standard word processing
package.
